A secret UAE cable reveals the six-party strategy in Iraq

The newspaper "Al-Akhbar" on Saturday, a secret cable of the UAE embassy in Baghdad summarizes the US strategy of 6 points in Iraq, indicating that the strengthening of the US military presence is at the forefront of those points.
In a report dated October 25, 2017, titled "US Secretary of State to Visit Iraq", the UAE ambassador in Baghdad summed up the US strategy in Iraq with six points, foremost of which is the reinforcement of the US military presence in Iraq, Iraq to maintain a number of US combat forces and the protection of land, which expelled elements to urge them.
The newspaper added that the cable provides for "keeping field and air surveillance and continuing security and intelligence surveys to thwart the expansionist Iranian project in Iraq and prevent it from finding alternative routes and other land routes to maintain contact between Tehran and Damascus through Baghdad to the Mediterranean Sea, Shiite ".
The strategy also states that "maintaining a privileged relationship with the Kurdistan Regional Government and strengthening the American role in this important region" does not mean encouraging the region to independence and separation from Iraq.
