KURDS WILL NOT ATTEND TOMORROW'S IRAQI PARLIAMENT SESSION
BAGHDAD-Iraq: Today, February 2, 2014, in a meeting on the Iraqi 1014 Budget Law Draft to be discussed tomorrow's Iraqi parliament new session on the budget, heads of the Iraqi Parliament Blocs did not reach an agreement, and the Kurdish blocs are waiting for the KRG's decision.
Burhan Mohammad, a Kurdish member of the Iraqi parliament in a statement told PUKmedia that they are not going to attend tomorrow's session, in which its agenda is included the discussion on the budget, as they did not reach an agreement on in today's meeting with the representatives of other blocs.
Mohammad also mentioned that the Kurdish representatives in the Iraqi Parliament are waiting Dr. Rozh Nouri Shawes, the Deputy of the Iraqi Prime Minister, to visit back Baghdad with the KRG's response on the budget issue.
"The Kurdish blocs want to delay the discussions on the budget until the Iraqi parliament blocs will reach to an agreement," Mohammad added
