Al-Samarrai said in a statement that "the Finance Committee agreed to install a paragraph in the budget law, including the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/953/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1]Council of Ministers to[/url]convert all wage earners into contracts and adjust the conditions of contractors to equalize with employees on permanent owners in terms of access to plots of land and advances and allowances and leave and give them priority to fix And to work to increase the minimum wage, the calculation of the previous period of work and the interruption of work, and other privileges included in this decision, which will do justice to this segment.
