Justice audits financial movements in its departments

The Ministry of Justice has begun working on procedures to follow up and audit all financial accounts in its departments as part of its efforts to preserve public money.
Murad Al-Saadi, Director of the Media Department at the Ministry, stated this, explaining in a statement to Al-Sabah that the committee formed by his ministry for this purpose will audit and follow up on all financial movements of the departments of execution, minors, notaries, and real estate registration. He added that the judicial departments have revenues and financial allocations, all of which must be subject to monitoring and follow-up, to ensure that they are not wasted or that those funds are not exceeded, noting that all financial movements will be matched and their legal procedures verified.
Al-Saadi considered the step complementary to the procedures taken by his ministry that aim to develop the work of its institutions, which today operate with the latest systems after launching many electronic services and keenness to create a positive work environment to facilitate the completion of transactions and enhance trust between citizens and the judicial departments.
