BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Ninewa provincial governor Ahmad al-Jubouri presented documents showing the disbursement of more than 408 billion dinars to the city of Mosul since it was freed from the grip of gangs and called for terrorism.
"The Ministry of Finance informed us the receipt of the province of Nineveh since the liberation until 2018 amount of 408 billion and 614 million dinars within the operational budget and investment, except salaries of employees."
And wondered "how did the money spent and what projects completed"? .is over
