Nineveh Council: Financial allocations are few and do not meet our ambitions

A member of Nineveh Provincial Council Hassan Sabaawi said on Tuesday that the financial allocations for the province are very few and does not match the size of service challenges.
"The province of Nineveh is experiencing a service challenge can not be crossed only through large financial allocations," he said, noting that "the budget allocated does not meet the ambitious service projects of the population."
"Destroyed cities need financial allocations for reconstruction as soon as possible," he said.
The Nineveh Provincial Council announced earlier, the allocation of 664 billion to maintain the budget of 2019, indicating that the budget does not correspond to 1% of the need of the province. Ending / 15
