Anbar Provincial Council member Taha Abdul Ghani said no security breach had been recorded for several months after the Syrian-Iraqi border was cleared of elements of a criminal [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .
Abdul Ghani added that the security stability in the border reflected on the province, especially the western areas of the province.
He pointed out that the joint forces are mobilized in order to prevent any malicious breach in the western desert of Anbar or the border with Syria.
