Parliamentary Education: Parliament's decision to abolish the system of application and protection is not binding on the government

The Committee on Education and Parliamentary, the decision of the House of Representatives to cancel the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] application and Biya in the preparatory study is not binding on the government, indicating that the abolition of this system can not be applied during the next school year.
The committee member, Abbas al-Zamili, said that "the parliamentary education committee discussed with the minister the abolition of the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] application and biology in the preparatory school," explaining that "the system of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] revitalization can not be canceled during the next school year, despite the vote of the House of Representatives to cancel it."
Zamili added that "the decision of the House of Representatives is not binding on the government, and needs the vote of the Council of Ministers," pointing out that "the Minister of Education Agency promised to study the subject in all its aspects and the consequences of canceling."
He added that "the difficulty of the scientific approach at some stages personalized, but can not refer to the scientific aspect of the curriculum to the service side deteriorating, but need to upgrade the service side to parallel with the curriculum."
