    proposed in the coalition of state law Saad logistical, Wednesday, working to disrupt the constitution and the abolition of the parliamentary system and turn it into a presidential to resolve the crisis demonstrations and popular discontent , indicating that the use of excessive violence against demonstrators caused the loss of confidence between the security forces and citizens.
    Al-Muttalbi said in a statement to the information, that "regardless of the motives and hands that moved the demonstrations that they showed the need for the Iraqi youth to change his system because he did not get anything from the political system."
    He added that "the use of excessive violence and live bullets without thinking about the needs of the citizen has exacerbated the crisis and caused the ceiling of demands for all demonstrators."
    Al-Muttalbi pointed out that "the current solution is to announce the disruption of the constitution and work to abolish the parliamentary system and the introduction of a program to transform the entire system into a presidential through transparent and fair elections."
