[size=52]Final communiqué of the sixth periodic meeting of the Central Shura Council[/size]

[size=45]In the name of of Allah the Merciful

[size=45]In the presence of the Secretary-General of the Party, members of the Political Bureau of the Party, and under the leadership of the Shura Presidency and the presence of all members of the Council.[/size]
[size=45]At its meeting, the Council reviewed political and organizational issues, developments in security and political situations and other important issues.[/size]
[size=45]At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants shall emphasize the following:[/size]

[size=45]1. The Shoura Council is following with great interest the developments surrounding the region, the escalation of the conflicts between the various countries, and the signs of conflicts looming dangerously in the horizon, and there is an urgent need to emphasize the need for Iraq to take a position that satisfies the national interest. The conflict, Iraq, which has not yet recovered from the wounds of its fateful battle against terrorism, needs to establish stability and security as a basis for reforming the reality of the situation.[/size]
[size=45]2. It is important to work to strengthen the national discourse, and its features that it is: an attractive Iraqi and belonging orientation, a speech that does not close to its surroundings, and plays its positive role in order to fit his influential position, but does not make any consideration at the expense of the interest of the nation and the people.[/size]
[size=45]3. The Council finds that the past time of the work of the government and parliament was not ambitious. Despite the quality of the proposal included in the government program, and the frequent talk about the achievements of the parliament, but so far we see the implementation slow, and the pace of legislation is slow, and the implementation of the obstacles that need more Of the boldness in the treatment, which we look forward to be handled with this ambition by the Prime Minister, and by the Presidency of the House of Representatives.[/size]

The Council considers that the summer of the flame of Iraq has come this year and the farms of Iraqis and its institutions are consumed by fire, and vast areas come on the effort of years and months strenuous, every day a fire or more, which raises question marks about its causes, and we find that the official justification is enough, We demand compensation for the damage done to those affected. This is the least that is offered to them in the midst of this ongoing tragedy.[/size]
[size=45]5. The wheel of reconstruction of the liberated governorates is still stumbling, and there are many reasons, but it is not enough to convince our residents who are still living in the camps, amidst a deplorable situation and missing services, which requires an ambitious government plan that meets people's needs and achieves their goals.[/size]

[size=45]6. The Council stresses the need to resolve outstanding cases and cases of detainees, who have been in the process of investigation and the application of the law as required, in order to establish justice and remove injustice from them, so as not to pass the years of their age and they are thus without resolving their issues as required.[/size]
[size=45]7. The Council calls for the importance of adhering to the agreed dates for the provincial council elections, which will be an important opportunity to address the reality of all governorates, to end the existing weakness, to implement plans to improve their reality and to implement programs that meet the supreme interest of the country. The important thing is to move it to several parties:[/size]

[size=45]· The government should follow up and supervise all stages of the elections and the work of the Independent High Commission, in order to ensure the availability of all the needs of active participation of our people, and to address the parliamentary elections suspected of fraud and corruption.[/size]
[size=45]· The Commission must also be active to complete all the procedures required for the success of the elections at all stages, and to prevent the surprises that emptied them of content or challenged the integrity, and reflect the title and the nature of the national active.[/size]
[size=45]· The political blocs of all the lists work hard to provide real national projects serving the Iraqis, and reflect the brilliant image of the brilliant provincial councils and effective and successful and distinct.[/size]
