    [rtl]A member of the Parliamentary Oil and Energy Committee MP Faleh Khazali said that there is a large deficit in the ration card items with a financial abundance for the budget in 2019.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Khazali said in a statement received by Al-Ahd News on Sunday that a clear strategic vision has been presented to address the deficit and the issue of social wages.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Khazali called "the Prime Minister to address the deficit in the ration card items and include more number of beneficiaries of social welfare through increasing financial allocations from the emergency budget for 2019."[/rtl]
