The Deputy said that Zainab Michael between political blocs to distribute 25% of surplus oil revenues to people.
Michael
said in a press statement that "the general atmosphere and the
discussions in the House of representatives promising to approve the
budget there are a number of political blocs called Add customizations
for purposes of electoral propaganda as an initiative of these blocks
without taking into account the constitutional article which shows that
Parliament make transfers and if warranted.
She said that all the
political blocs came from extrapolation of the peoples of the provinces
which did not take account of the Council of Ministers, stating that
there are discussions between the Committee and the blocks to transfer
some of your customizations.
Michael noted that the budget is by
ending two weeks ago and got the agreement on basic principles for the
preservation of the rights of the people, adding that he remained a few
additions, indicating that it had been agreed to distribute 25% of
surplus oil revenues to people, it was also agreed to establish a
special fund for retirees, the ration card, as well as scholarship
students, and a number of health projects, roads and tourist sites and
religious development.
