Al-Tamimi said: “The condemnation of foreign countries marks the beginning of progressive international sanctions with the presence of 3 countries, including permanent members of the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/1873/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%86]UN Security Council[/url] , and others in the European Union, which may constitute a pressure on [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/898/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%AF%D8%A9]the United Nations[/url] to refer the matter to the Security Council. Noting: Violence violates Articles 2 and 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and Article 22 of the International Covenant Charter signed by Iraq.
He added: Continuing with this repression, especially after the condemnation of Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and Human Rights, exposes [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]For the sanctions provided for in Articles 39 to 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, which begin with an ultimatum and end with international guardianship.
He pointed out that these crimes do not fall under the statute of limitations, and do not exempt chiefs from criminal responsibility in accordance with articles 48 of the Penal Code, 24 of the Military Penal Code and 52 of the Iraqi Internal Security Forces Act, and they also do not fall out of statute of limitations or the lapse of time according to Article 28 of the Court Law International Criminal.
The repeated use of violence as a genocide, according to the 1948 Genocide Prevention Agreement signed by Iraq, adds to the attack on embassies, in accordance with the 1961 diplomatic relations and embassy protection agreement.
