    A source within the National Alliance, the names of the candidates of the National Alliance for the presidency of the new Federal Government. Source said that "the leaders of the National Alliance, met today, was emphasized that the alliance is the largest parliamentary bloc from which will emerge the candidate for prime minister," adding that "the names put forward today is Chairman of the National Alliance and the leader of the Reform Movement, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, the leader of the Islamic Supreme Council, Adel Abdul Mahdi, and the National Congress leader Ahmed Chalabi, and National Security Adviser Faleh al-Fayad, and the current Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the leader of the Islamic Dawa Party Tarek Najm. "
    The source noted that "representatives of the Dawa Party, one of the components of a coalition of state law, refused to nominate Tarek Najm," noting that "the most fortunate for prime minister is al-Jaafari," stressing that "Bgdon hours will announce the Coalition candidate official names six raised to head the government," pointing that "al-Maliki tried to confuse Securities raised through the name of Deputy Speaker of the former Iraqi Qusay al-Suhail, but did not succeed."
