Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi unveiled a plan to increase the volume of trade exchange with Jordan in the near future, to reach one billion dollars and then reach five billion dollars.
During an interview with a group of journalists, Al-Kazemi pointed to an agreement between the Jordanian and Iraqi sides on the strategic oil pipeline to transport oil from Basra to Aqaba, indicating that there is a serious dialogue on the issue.
Speaking about the joint industrial city, Al-Kazemi said that the city will soon see the light and there is an agreement with the Jordanian side to provide
Energy and electricity for this city, adding that the joint efforts between the two countries succeeded in transforming the project from mere talk to a real reality, which will start work soon.
