    Today, Tuesday, Minister of Planning Khaled Battal revealed an action plan to accelerate the implementation of the budget, while a statistic was announced on the number of employees covered by the job number project.
    Battal told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "A meeting was held in the presence of the governors, Minister of Finance Ali Allawi, and the Ministry of Planning to discuss the implementation of the budget that was approved in its investment part," indicating that "the meeting resulted in the development of an action plan to accelerate the implementation of the budget, and the inclusion of projects and their follow-up."
    Battal added that "the budget was approved at a late time, so we are trying to speed up the procedures," stressing that "we have put in place a clear action plan and we will start implementing it soon."
    Regarding the job number project, Battal emphasized that "the number of employees covered by the job number project exceeded two million and 300 thousand, according to the latest statistics," indicating that "
    He explained that "the ministry is working hard to complete the job number project, which will be linked to the launch of salary disbursements during the coming period," noting that "this work concerns the structure of the state, as well as controlling public spending, the general budget and all future plans."
