Today, Saturday, National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji confirmed that there is no waiver of Iraq's water rights .
Al-Araji said in his speech during the Water Security Conference: "The Ministry of Water Resources is working seriously for the sake of Iraq's water resources, because it is involved in all its life affairs ."
He added that "the rights of the people cannot be waived, and the demand for rights must be a culture," stressing that "there must be a societal culture to ensure water and culture, and work must be done to rationalize consumption ."
He stressed that "the National Security Adviser is supportive of the efforts of the Ministry of Water Resources, and the national merit must be defended."
