The Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, received this morning, Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, on the occasion of his visit to the country, according to what was announced by the Amiri Diwan.
After the meeting, the region's president wrote on Twitter: I was pleased to meet the Emir of the State of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, in Doha.
"We held talks on strengthening and developing our bilateral relations, in addition to the most important issues of common interest in Iraq and the Middle East," he added.
Yesterday, Saturday, the President of the Region arrived in the Qatari capital, Doha, on an official visit.
