[size=45]The representative of the design coalition, Ghassan Al-Eidani, said that "the political system in Iraq will not remain as it was in previous sessions, and that there is a real tendency to make the parliamentary role clear by monitoring the performance of the government and enacting laws that serve the citizens."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Eidani added that "what happened at the opening of the first parliament session does not call for frustration, as there is a real trend to advance the work of the parliament and legislate laws that are of interest to the citizen."[/size]
