    The Information/Baghdad:
    A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Mukhtar al-Moussawi, confirmed, on Sunday, that the most prominent coordinating framework condition in forming the next government is the removal of the American forces, indicating that the American bases remain as they are and have even increased in armament and number.
    Al-Moussawi said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "the coordination framework will not compromise on Iraqi sovereignty and will require the support of any future government to pledge to withdraw those forces."
    He added, "The current government has played the role of deception and lack of transparency regarding the American presence, while the latter party took advantage of the political forces' preoccupation with the formation of the government by procrastinating its promises and not implementing them."
    Al-Moussawi pointed out that "there is no actual withdrawal on the ground, and what happened is otherwise, as the number and armament of those forces increased," stressing that "their use of air defense systems is indisputable evidence of the non-withdrawal of American combat forces from Iraq."
    And the Syrian news agency "SANA" reported, today, Tuesday, that a convoy of 111 vehicles, including 60 tankers loaded with military equipment, in addition to tanks loaded with stolen oil, accompanied by 6 military armored vehicles, left Syrian territory through the illegal Al-Waleed crossing to the US occupation bases in northern Iraq. Done/ 25 d
