, Minister of Trade, Alaa Al-Jubouri, announced the launch of a new meal from the food basket to the displaced families in the camps.
And the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement, quoted by the official spokesman, that "the minister al-Jubouri visited the General Company for Food Trade and directed the launch of a new meal from the food basket to the displaced families in the camps."
Al-Jubouri confirmed, according to the statement, that "the launch of the new meal came to meet the needs of the displaced, in conjunction with the conditions in which they live due to low temperatures and snowfall and the impact of this on their living situation."
He pointed out that "the meal includes 7 items, which are rice, flour, sugar, edible oil, chickpeas, paste, beans or lentils, and will contribute to helping the displaced families in the camps," instructing the staff of the General Company for Foodstuff Trade to "accelerate the distribution of the meal in order to meet the needs of the displaced families."
Al-Jubouri also directed the public company, to “distribute 2,500 food baskets to poor families in coordination with the company investing in the food basket file,” stressing that “the ministry is working according to the plan set by it and under the guidance of the Prime Minister, Mr. To those who deserve it, because of its role in maintaining food security for families covered by the ration card system.” Ended 29/h
