Kurdistan Democratic Party representative, Ikhlas al-Dulaimi, confirmed, on Wednesday, that there are indications that the presidency of the republic will be decided in favor of the party’s candidate, Hoshyar Zebari, while indicating that Barham Salih was an employee and a subordinate.
Al-Dulaimi said in a televised interview, which was followed by "Al-Maalouma", that "the Kurdistan Democratic Party wants to be part of the decision in Baghdad and during the three presidencies through its candidate, Hoshiaru Zebari."
And she added, "If the initiative between the Union and the Democratic Party does not succeed, we are proceeding with our candidate, and that the current President of the Republic, Barham Salih, was an employee and subordinate in the region."
Al-Dulaimi explained, “The Democratic Party was seeking to harmonize the framework and the current, and for the last moment we will seek to enter the Shiite forces together, and that the next government needs a father who clearly embraces its failure and success.” End / 25 D
