For the third day in a row, gold prices rose in the Iraqi markets
Shafaq News/ The prices of "foreign and Iraqi" gold witnessed today, Wednesday, a rise for the third consecutive day in the local markets.
Shafak News Agency correspondent said that the gold prices in the wholesale markets on Al-Nahr Street in the capital, Baghdad, recorded for one weight of 21 caliber of Gulf, Turkish and European gold, the selling price of 375 thousand dinars, and the purchase price of 371 thousand, while the selling prices recorded yesterday, Tuesday, 373 thousand dinars per weight. .
Our correspondent indicated that the selling price of one 21 carat weight of Iraqi gold also increased at 345 thousand dinars, while the purchase price reached 341 thousand.
With regard to gold prices in goldsmiths’ shops, the price of selling a weight of Gulf 21 karat gold ranges between 375 thousand and 380 thousand dinars, while the selling price ranged between 345 thousand and 350 thousand Iraqi dinars.
It is equal to one mithqal of gold (five grams).
