    Political analyst, Riad Al-Wahili, considered, on Wednesday, that the emergency support law is a constitutional violation, and the attempt to pass it by the Finance Committee was to benefit from the 40 billion dollars allocated to it.

    Al-Wahili said in a statement to the "Information" agency, that "passing the emergency support law by the caretaker government is an explicit violation of the constitution, as the amounts allocated to it exceed 40 billion dollars," noting that "the attempt to pass it by the Finance Committee came to dispose of these funds freely."
    He added that "the funds allocated to the Food Security Law will be disposed of and benefited from by the ministers and officials of the Triple Alliance," explaining that "it is possible that the law may be challenged by the objecting representatives to the Federal Court."
    And he indicated that "the disbursement of these amounts is not within the authority of the caretaker government, and that the attempt to pass it by the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives came to benefit from these amounts, since the members of the committee are from within the tripartite alliance."
