Today, Monday, the Federal Ministry of Health announced that 500 suffocation cases were recorded due to the dust wave that hit the country yesterday, Sunday.
The ministry's spokesman, Saif Al-Badr, said in a statement, "The number of suffocation cases in all governorates due to the dust wave has reached more than 500 cases of varying severity."
He added, "All the cases got better after receiving the necessary treatment," stressing that no deaths were recorded.
