The framework assigns Bahaa Al-Nouri, Ahmed Al-Asadi, Bafel Talabani and Muthanna Al-Samarrai to write the government program
Shafaq News/ An informed source in the coordination framework revealed on Monday, the members of the government program writing committee, which was formed by the coordination framework in preparation for the formation of the next government.
The source told Shafak News Agency; The members of the committee for writing and monitoring the government program for the prime minister or the next government are among the leaders of the second row in the Shiite political parties and currents participating in the next government, in addition to taking into account their academic and scientific specialization in addition to their practical experiences to ensure writing a real government program in harmony with the requirements of the Iraqi individual.
He added that "among the members of the committee are the spokesman for the State of Law coalition, Bahaa Al-Din Al-Nouri, the deputy and leader Ahmed Al-Asadi from the Al-Fateh Alliance, as well as the leader of the Asa'ib Ahl Al-Haq movement, Saad Al-Saadi and Fadi Al-Shamri from the Wisdom Movement, as well as Paval Talabani from the Kurdistan Union Party and Muthanna." Al-Samarrai on behalf of the Azm Alliance, in addition to some leaders in other Shiite forces, and a representative of the independent representatives.
He added, "The government program focuses on the priorities and requirements of the stage, including addressing the unemployment file by creating real job opportunities represented in investing the movement of staffing in all institutions and granting vacant grades due to (job retirement age) to some employees and classifying according to the priorities of need, as well as expanding the area of investment projects. Determining the controls of its labor through its commitment to employ 90% of the Iraqis and 1-10% of foreign workers. This is for foreign companies. As for Iraqi investment companies, they are bound by the above item without a margin for any foreign labor.
On Sunday evening, Nuri al-Maliki chaired a meeting of the State of Law coalition bloc.
Al-Maliki stressed the continuation of discussions between the forces of the coordination framework and its allies on the one hand and the rest of the national forces on the other hand, in order to expedite the formation of the government and complete the rest of the constitutional entitlements related to the posts of the Presidency of the Republic and the Council of Ministers.
He pointed out that the coordination framework formed committees to conduct negotiations with the active forces in the political process, expressing his hope that these committees would reach results that would lead to showing the features of the new government after the Eid al-Adha holiday ends.
A source familiar with the political movement of the coordination framework forces had previously revealed the designation of three concerned committees to complete the procedures for forming the government to speed up its announcement.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "The periodic meetings of the coordinating framework forces resulted in the nomination of three important committees, including the government program writing committee, which includes ten members of the second-grade leaders who specialize in the political, economic and legal fields."
He added that the second negotiating committee includes some of the leaders who represented the framework in its negotiations with the parties and the active forces in the political process, in addition to the committee for managing the file or the political decision, which includes the leaders of the political forces affiliated with the framework.
Since the Sadrist bloc’s representatives submitted their resignations from the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the withdrawal of the Sadrist movement’s leader Muqtada al-Sadr from the political process, the coordinating framework has addressed the task of forming the new government and entered into internal negotiations and dialogues with other political forces, but until now it has not been officially announced that understandings have been reached between the two parties. The blocs lead to the formation of the government.
