, today, Monday, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the political parties in Iraq to "dialogue and leave the conflict."
Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said, "The developments in Iraq are of great interest to Iran, and we believe that Iraq is an important country in the region, and we stress the establishment of peace there," adding that "Iran helped the Iraqis to obtain security and stability."
Kanaani continued, "Iran has no intention of interfering in Iraqi affairs," continuing to say, "We provide assistance and advice to Iraq, and we stand by its people and government, and we do not stand by one movement without the other." Ended 29/N33
