The Federal Service Council clarified, on Monday, the most important requirements for the study document required to apply for the first graduates.
In a document addressed to the Ministry of Higher Education, the Council stated that “in view of the imminent launch of the electronic form for appointments for the first three students to colleges, departments and institutes, and since one of the basic requirements for applying to this form is to attach a study document or endorsement of graduation whose data includes determining the student’s sequence on Its payment (first, second, third) with a statement of its final average as well as the year of graduation, taking into account the letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. 5/5569 dated April 17, 2021, and attached a photocopy of it, on the basis of which all data was sent Graduates before you to the Office of Financial Supervision and our Council.
