Foreign Minister and head of the delegation of the Kurdish negotiator Hoshyar Zebari, said that the continuation of discussions on forming a government document and prevents its participation in the meetings of Arab foreign ministers scheduled Sunday afternoon.
Zebari said in a press statement that the negotiating team for the formation of the government in hopes declared ahead of the legal limit.
