Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Planning signed a consulting contract with Synergy International Systems, to modernize and develop the Iraqi Development Management System (IDMS).
The media office of the Ministry of Planning stated, in a statement received by (Baghdad Today), that "the ministry signed a consulting contract with Synergy International Systems, to modernize and develop the Iraqi Development Management System (IDMS)." He pointed out that "the contract was signed on the Iraqi side by the administrative agent of the ministry, Azhar Hussein Salih, while it was signed on the other side by the CEO of the company, Ashot Hovanizian."
He added, "The ministry signed a consulting contract with Synergy International Systems to modernize and develop the Iraqi Development Management System (IDMS), so that this contract would be complementary to the previous stage, which is related to the inclusion and management of projects and components."

He explained, "This contract is of importance in programming the work of projects that are included in the investment budgets through the contracting authorities and the Ministry of Planning. It works to manage all projects with simple follow-ups and produces a set of reports that enable decision-makers to see the level of implementation of projects, what are the amounts spent and their financial costs." . Indicating that "the duration of the contract will be eleven months."
The statement indicated that "the signing ceremony was attended by the Chargé d'Affaires of the Armenian Embassy in Iraq, and a number of officials and stakeholders in the Ministry of Planning."
