    Today, Saturday, the American Middle Eastern Coalition for Democracy called on the Iraqi parliament not to “make accusations” against the US Federal Reserve regarding the delay in dollar payments to Iraq, considering that Iraqi money is stolen, and then some claim that the US government does not allow the transfer of financial payments to the Central Bank of Iraq.[/size]
    [size=45]The director of the coalition, Tom Harb, said in a telephone conversation with (Baghdad Today) from Washington, that “the Iraqi parliament must ask the government to reveal the truth about where the money from selling oil goes,” noting that “if the government says that there are payments that have been delayed in the US Federal Bank, then here it is.” The Parliamentary Finance Committee in the Iraqi Parliament must form a delegation to meet with representatives of the US Congress for the purpose of informing them of the truth about the federal acquisition of Iraqi money, and at that time the US government will be held accountable.[/size]
    [size=45]Tom Harb emphasized that “the United States of America has nothing to do with the money selling Iraqi oil because this is their business, and therefore the parliament must investigate where the money goes and why there are no annual closing accounts, as well as why the central bank does not give an explanation about its financial dealings and the mechanisms of selling the currency every three or four months in order to be Clarification of the truth unknown to the Iraqis.[/size]
    [size=45]Representatives of Parliament had accused the United States of America and the Federal Bank of obstructing the delivery of financial payments in dollars that go to the American Bank after the sale of oil, as they are deposited there according to a UN resolution issued in 1991.[/size]
