    Shafaq News/ The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, described, on Tuesday, the decision of the International Chamber of Commerce's arbitral tribunal in Paris to stop oil exports to the region through the Turkish port of Ceyhan as a "very important opportunity" for Erbil and Baghdad to be able to address the oil issue through a new agreement between them that takes into account interest of all Iraqi people.
    President Nechirvan Barzani said in a speech during the ceremony announcing the establishment of the first and second divisions of the Peshmerga forces, that "after the repercussions of the decision of the international arbitration tribunal in Paris, we see that this decision will provide a very important opportunity for Erbil and Baghdad to address the issue of oil," noting that this decision confirms The constitutional right of the Kurdistan Region to the oil file, through which we can reach a solution in which we will all be victorious.



    He noted that "the legislation of the oil and gas law will activate Article 112, and implement the federalism established in the constitution in order to get rid of centralization," stressing, "We are a very important part of this state, and we support Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani in all his steps, and we support his government program."
    The President of the region also indicated that Al-Sudani "expressed realism in resolving problems and differences, and we, in turn, should support his government," noting that "there is a great understanding between the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, and the Sudanese Prime Minister, and there is an exchange of visits of delegations between the two governments, and he has The Kurdish delegation has made great strides in resolving the differences and outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad.
    Nechirvan Barzani said, "Today, Masrour Barzani is in Baghdad to confirm the existence of a successful solution to the oil file," considering that "the Iraqi solution is the best solution for this file," saying: If this problem is resolved, the doors will open to solve many other problems.
    The President of the Kurdistan Region concluded his speech by saying, "We are ready for an understanding on the basis of the Iraqi constitution," stressing that "solving the oil problem and approving the budget will be important good news and joy for all the Iraqi people."
