Today, Friday, the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee announced that there is no law that allows the return of those whose contracts have been terminated for disciplinary reasons.
A member of the committee, Waad Qaddo, said in a press interview seen by “Takadam” that “everyone to whom the conditions for return from those whose contracts are terminated meet the conditions, his return will be guaranteed.
He added, "The termination of the contract came for a number of reasons, the most prominent of which is the entry of ISIS terrorist gangs into the country, and the issue needs further discussions and understanding from all parties."
Qaddo stressed, "There are great attempts to absorb the numbers, but these numbers are large and enormous, and no budget in the world can absorb them, in addition to the absence of any law that allows the return of those whose contracts were terminated for disciplinary or other reasons."
