The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced, on Sunday, that it will host the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, to discuss the Ministry's budget paragraphs.
Committee member Mudar Al-Karawi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma that "the committee put forward several files during its hosting of Interior Minister Abdul-Amir Al-Shammari in Parliament."
Al-Karawi added, "The most prominent files presented are the financial allocations for the purchase of security equipment and securing borders with neighboring countries, as well as the return of their canceled contracts and other files."
He pointed out that "the committee continues to host ministers until completion during the next two days, and then these paragraphs will be included in the budget in agreement with the government and vote on them." End 25
