      Information/Baghdad...
The Federal Court continues to impose the rule of law on the rebellious Barzani family, and behind it the Kurdistan Regional Government, to end the hopes of the ruling family in the region, and the court records another victory for the justice of the law, after thwarting the secession project, holding a referendum, and preventing oil exports.

"The Iraqi Federal Supreme Court's decision is tantamount to a victory over dictatorship and the Kurdish parties' monopoly of power," said Bison Faeq, a former member of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament, in a statement to Al-Maalouma.

Faeq added, "The decision to cancel the extension of the work of the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region is very logical, and it is now binding, and it is not possible to talk about or question its merits at all."
He pointed out that "the parliament of the Kurdistan region extended its work for five years, and it will continue for another six years in the event that a federal decision is not issued by the highest judicial authority."
He explained that "the doors of objections have been closed and the two ruling parties, the Union and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, must open the doors of dialogue to find a way out to end the state of constitutional obstruction," noting that "the federal Decision means that the Kurdistan Regional Government, ministries, institutions and parliament are all unconstitutional and have been suspended for a long time and all decisions issued by them out of law.
Faiq called on Baghdad to "immediately move and negotiate in order to end the constitutional chaos in the region and set the date for the elections, provided that the body supervising the elections in Kurdistan be determined, whether it is the Federal Commission or the Regional Commission .”
The Federal Supreme Court in Iraq issued a ruling unconstitutional to extend the life of the Kurdistan Parliament.

The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud, said during the special court session to consider extending the term of the region's parliament, that “the constitution has abstract and permanent power, and it is a legal document that imposes its rules on all authorities, and the constitution regulates the basic principles on which the political process is based, including the rule of law and that the people are the source of power.
He added, "The constitution stipulates that the parliament be four years old, and any other legal text that contradicts the constitution is considered null and void."
He continued, "The Kurdistan region is federal in accordance with the provisions of the constitution, and the continuation of the fifth session of the Kurdistan Parliament for more than 4 years after the extension is inconsistent with its provisions, and the court decided that the extension of the life of the Parliament of the Kurdistan region is unconstitutional and considers its fifth session ended and what was issued after the extension is constitutionally void.”

And this is the painful legal blow to the Democratic Party, the fifth in a row by the Federal Supreme Court, which refused to hold a referendum on the secession of the region, prevented the export of the region's oil, and obliged the Kurdistan government not to sell oil to the Zionist entity, and then returned to end its hopes of controlling the government. Ended 25
