    The Ministry of Justice intends, today, Monday, to begin executive procedures for transferring real estate ownership electronically to eliminate cases of extortion, forgery and counterfeiting.

    The Ministry’s official spokesman, [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1564906979/%D9%83%D8%A7%D9%85%D9%84 %D8%A3%D9%85%D9%8A%D9%86/ar/]Kamel Amin[/url], said that the Ministry has created the Reporting Division to work with the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Department, noting that there are instructions consisting of 12 articles related to “due diligence” and identifying properties whose value exceeds 500 million dinars, as a mechanism will be adopted in the verification process.
