The middle of this year .. the adoption of the electronic system in real estate registration

The Minister of Justice Dr. Haider Zamili in a statement »Sabah»: The financial crisis that has gripped the country during the past period prevented the implementation of the electronic system in real estate registration departments of the ministry, adding that his ministry has decided to implement the project self - financing manner by launching investment or partnership in front of the public and private sector companies to adopt laws that permit, including the law of 24 listed under the General budget Law which allows procuring symbolic financial fees from the citizen to meet the implementation of his services.
He added that the fees mentioned are the amounts that were paid by the citizen to the petitions present near these circles, but it will be completed electronically treated in the department to ensure that the speed of completion and lack of exposure to loss or delay as it gets when you follow the old mechanism.
He stressed Zamili on the contribution of this process to eliminate the cases of financial and administrative corruption in those circles and fraud completely, especially as the project is twofold, first to the management of this file electronically in addition to a parallel project that includes transfer of title to an electronic card similar national card containing Registrar on behalf of the drug citizen details, support way that they also contain additional information concerning him be hidden inside the chip on the card, such as an identification number civil Status and a certificate of nationality and address of residence, finger prints and eye, to ensure not used by anyone else other.
And that this card will be provided by the citizen in addition to the property title , which is a bond legally accredited according to the laws stipulated by the Iraqi constitution, adding that he hoped the direct implementation of the project by the middle of this year.
Justice Minister confirmed that his ministry in order to reduce the incidence of fraud that occur in the departments of the Directorate, tasked the Department of the Inspector General to follow up this serious issue and work to uncover counterfeiters and implicated them, in order to bring them to the competent authorities to receive their just punishment, in addition to assigning staff and legal specialists to investigate complaints received by the ministry in this
regard.
