Today, Saturday, the Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, confirmed the imminent completion of health projects, including Al-Fadhiliya Hospital and the opening of the People’s General Hospital, while announcing a plan to increase crops, sustainable development, and afforestation to create a safe and healthy environment.
Al-Atta said in an interview followed by the “Information” Agency, “There is a trend to increase plantings, sustainable development, afforestation, preserving green spaces, and using modern technologies in irrigation and agriculture to create a safe and healthy environment.”
He added, "Baghdad Governorate has many projects at the infrastructure level, including sanitation, use of usable water, electricity and road projects, in addition to the main focus of the education and health sectors."
He pointed out that "there are many school projects, and now we have a large number of schools in the process of opening, and we have health projects that are nearing completion, and there are complementary projects to the 2023 plan, to raise the governorate's efficiency in providing services and infrastructure to Baghdad governorate."
He continued, "Al-Fadhiliya Hospital is 70% complete, and medical equipment from international brands has begun entering the hospital," pointing out that "The People's Hospital is also in the process of installing important equipment and will be opened next year." Ended/25
