    He added in an interview with “Baghdad Today” that “projects worth billions of dinars can be approved and implemented and all mechanisms can be bypassed with the stroke of a red pen,” pointing out that “the services file and the development of a project distribution map cannot be done according to the “Fazaa” principle, but rather according to a road map that is essentially based on Feasibility and importance.
    Activist Thamer Hassan admitted that “the services file has been politicized, especially with the December 19 deadline approaching, and this file has lost the status of services in exchange for votes. This is a fact that no one disputes, and those with ambitious programs and electoral narratives are ‘poor’ in front of their peers who have the red pens whose signature is sufficient to solve the problem of thousands.” In less than a second due to the influence of some people.”
