Human rights specialists believe that the amendment to the Yazidi Women Survivors Law is no longer related to the center or Tal Afar, but rather to an amendment that includes the rest of the components, explaining that there are those who stand as an obstacle to the inclusion of the other components, similar to the Yazidi survivors.
The Executive Director of “Human Rights - Paris”, Dr. Ali Al-Bayati, said in an interview with “Al-Sabah”: “Although we know through our follow-up that the Directorate of Yazidi Women Survivors Affairs and the central committee responsible for approving survivors’ files are making every effort to include survivors of all Communities
