    The former representative of Nineveh Governorate, Muhammad Ibrahim, told Al-Maalouma, that "the region controls certain areas in Nineveh Governorate, and its oil fields are being exploited for the benefit of the Kurdistan government, which expects that the areas it controls are areas that will be covered under Article 140," pointing out that " These areas contain oil wealth that the aforementioned party is working to exploit for its own benefit, even though it is located in areas that do not belong to the region administratively.

    On the other hand, the representative of Nineveh Governorate, Abd al-Rahim Jassim, told Al-Maalouma, that "an Arab delegation had previously gone to the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, in order to withdraw the Peshmerga forces from the areas over which it imposes its control in Nineveh Governorate, and that was done in 2018." And he promised to return those areas to their people, and this was repeated by the delegation also going in 2020 and 2023 and he promised the same words, but Barzani, despite the delegations that met him and the promises he made to them, but they were not implemented and the Peshmerga forces did not withdraw from the lands they control in Nineveh Governorate. .

    On the other hand, the Kurdish dissident, Luqman Hassan, told Al-Maalouma, that "the Kurdistan region has reached dangerous stages, as a result of the policies of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and all possibilities are possible."

    As a result of the conflict between the ruling parties in the region, especially the Parti and Alekti, as the Democratic Party is trying to seize the capabilities of the Kurdistan region and achieve its interests without caring about the other parties within the region. End 25n
