On Monday, Representative Muhammad Nouri described the presence of the air defense system in the American embassy as a source of terror for Iraqis, calling on Parliament to hold a session to explain the government’s measures to respond to the American attacks.

Nouri told Al-Maalouma, “There is a need for the House of Representatives to hold a session to clarify the government’s position and measures on the American attacks that targeted the Popular Mobilization Forces, which is part of the armed forces.”
He called on the government to "compel American forces to leave Iraq in accordance with the security agreement signed between Baghdad and Washington."
He pointed out that "there are many issues that must be taken into account, such as the presence of the advanced air defense system in the American embassy in Baghdad, as this does not exist in all countries of the world," indicating that "this system is a source of concern and intimidation for the Iraqis."
American aircraft bombed several headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces, west of Anbar, on more than one occasion, leading to martyrs and wounded. End of 25 February
