     BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))



    The governor of the Central Bank of the relationship that the failure to approve the general budget for 2014 and the drop in oil prices enrich directly on the Iraqi inventories which required an austerity.



     

    Alak said in a statement to the Agency ((eighth day)) that a failure to approve the budget and lower the export of oil due to the Turkish Ceyhan line and stop the export of the region without the knowledge of Baghdad enrich directly on inventories in the Iraqi Central Bank. "



     

     He added that "the security situation and arming the security forces have a direct role in reducing Iraq's budget."
