"

    The expert added: "If the law was applied, the consumer will bear the economic impact as a result of the imposition of taxes and tariffs, it will not be affected by the merchant or the importer," pointing to "the effects of the customs tariff law would be negative to low-income people." 
    He pointed out that "the ground is appropriate for the time being to impose such measures affect the import and export of Iraqi product, and we are not prepared at this time to receive such decisions Thus, in the aftermath of the financial crisis and low oil prices."

"
