    She said the Secretariat in a press statement seen by / Baghdadi News / he "and under the auspices of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and in cooperation with the Ministry of Construction and Public Works and the Municipality of Baghdad, has set up the World Bank Group's International Finance Corporation celebration to launch a sophisticated system for the issuance of building permits according to electronic form."
    The representative of the Prime Minister Nofal Abu Barns, according to the statement, that "the project will serve the process of construction and investment in the country and contribute to the creation of jobs for the unemployed", adding that "the government has set its priorities to simplify procedures and worked on a review of the relationship between the citizen and the state institutions all, and seeks to push back corruption, which undermines the confidence of citizens, and to create an atmosphere of mutual respect between the citizen and employee. "

    For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Construction Aestbrq Ibrahim thorns that "the training program to the electronic system for issuing building permits which 80 delegates from the workers involved in the issuance of licenses in the municipalities of the Municipality of Baghdad and municipal districts in the provinces of Iraq."
    He thorns "chaired a working group to reform the system as a neutral party in the issuance process being the beneficiary after merged with the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, where he could get a vacation construction without a review of government departments," adding that he "would limit the use of written documents with more efficient coordination among all the actors involved in the issuance of building permits, as well as reducing the time and procedures, costs and financial and administrative corruption. "
