    As noted by the Commission, to «we want to just law out on the general area of Iraq and all shades of people, it is injustice must be submitted to the courts and obtain punished as much as injustice done to the people, and the injustice of it must do justice to the government, parliament and court ». 

    He warned al-Husseini, the risk of non-application of the law after approval, indicating« If people arrived in desperation stage of the Government to take against him, there are norms tribal and personal reactions that could lead to bloodshed and civil war can not be determined in advance and up.
