    [rtl]The head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, on Sunday, that the parliament will discuss with the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the entry of foreign military troops to Iraq this week, while stressing that "any foreign military force can not be in Iraq without the approval of the central government ".[/rtl]
    [rtl]Said Saleem al-Jubouri, in response to a question by a reporter (range) during a press conference at the parliament building, said that "any foreign military force can not be in Iraq only through negotiations get with the Iraqi government," noting that "the Iraqi government is estimated to clearly amount international aid to this aspect. "
    He said al-Jubouri, "The House of Representatives will discuss this week with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, military forces entered Iraq or planned that the Iraq intervention," adding, "This matter involved directly and President of the General Command of the Armed Forces, led by Prime Minister ".[/rtl]
