    Twilight News Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi / said on Friday that China will not participate in any alliance is fighting "terrorist groups" in the Middle East but it will be including it in their own way and they help Iraq already.
    The Chinese government said in a policy document published last month that China wants to strengthen relations in the fields of defense and the fight against terrorism with the Arab world, including joint exercises and exchange of information and training.
    Despite its dependence on the region in obtaining supplies of oil, China has always tended to leave diplomacy in the Middle East, the other permanent members of the UN Security Council of the United States, Britain, France and Russia.
    After a meeting of major powers in Munich in order to break the impasse on Syria Wang Yi he told Reuters in an interview that Beijing will not take part in any international alliances against the militants in the region.
    He said through an interpreter, "There is a tradition in Chinese foreign policy. Do not join a military character sets countries and this also applies to international cooperation in the fight against terrorism."
    He continued saying, "This does not mean that China will play a role in the fight against terrorism. But it does so in its own way."
    In December, China agreed to the anti-terrorism law allows the army to carry out operations abroad to combat terrorism, even though experts said that China faces practical problems and diplomatic if it wanted to do so.
    Beijing has been trying to expand diplomatic involvement, especially in Syria and has hosted the Syrian foreign minister and officials from the opposition recently.
    It also has special concerns of militancy among the minority Muslim Uighurs living in Xinjiang utmost west of the country, which has witnessed violence in recent years, Beijing blamed on Islamist militants.
    Wang said, without giving details, "we help Iraq build its capacity to combat terrorism and share information with certain countries."
    He continues, "We also work with states to cut off funding for terrorists and their movements channels."
    China says that some members of the Uighur minority have traveled to Syria and Iraq to fight with the militant groups there.
    In November, the organization of the Islamic State said it had killed a Chinese citizen had held him hostage in the Middle East.
    Wang said he hoped that the agreement between the major powers on a "cessation of hostilities" in Syria succeed because all the big players now receptive to the idea that the crisis must be subjected to the end.
    "I have the impression that although the various parties still have different positions, and although there are still serious discussions, all parties realized that they should stop sharing the blame."
