the importance of issuing import licenses for traders to identify the
quantity of imported materials as market need to reduce commodity
dumping and to support the national economy.
Juma said: the
business process need Government help organization, the local market
suffered from the commodity dumping due to import more of the market
need, this will hurt the national economy through drain hard currency.
He
added: the Ministry of Commerce required the formation of committees
working on statistic materials and goods in the market and the demand,
then the trader is required to import limited quantities according to
the actual need, to reduce the phenomenon of commodity dumping and to
support the Iraqi economy. And the Iraqi market of commodity dumping
various materials as a result of import promotion and productive sectors
in the country such as agricultural and industrial.
