    Said Minister of Construction and Housing Tariq Kikhany, Wednesday, for the amount of central bank lending trillion and 200 billion dinars for the Housing Fund, as he emphasized that the 850 billion dinars, of which will be spent next week.

    Said Tariq Kikhany during a press conference at the parliament building and attended, (long-Presse), said that "the Iraqi Central Bank lent Housing Fund amounted to $ 850 billion dinars will be spent over the next week to fund housing and then the bank for disbursement to the citizens of borrowers and the amount of 350 billion dinars, the other with a cornucopia Finance. "

    Kikhany He added that "the ministry through the Housing Fund helped build 70,000 housing units," noting that "these units have been built through individual lending to citizens except residential complexes contracted by the fund to be provided."

    Kikhany He continued, "The ministry can provide housing units for citizens through direct lending to those who wish to build housing units," pointing out that "the payment of the amount would be one year after the receipt of the amount."

    Referred to the Housing Fund he said, Tuesday (March 15 2016), near the launch of the new regulations on housing loans approved by the Council of Ministers, while noting that the Fund will meet soon to determine the loan disbursement mechanisms.

    And endorsed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Wednesday, (March 92 016), to lend to the Housing Fund own mechanisms loans the central bank's five trillion Iraqi dinars, as stipulated distribution of loans standard by adopting a mechanism population ratio and the degree of poverty for each province, also stipulated that no more than loan for 50 million dinars paid to the beneficiary in two installments.
